PS 200 Ice and Water Armor

PS 200 Ice and Water Armor is a self-adhering underlayment composed of a high tack SBS modified asphalt reinforced with a glass fiber mat and protected by a split-back release film for easy installation. New Cool Diamond Sure Grip Surface allows for maximum walkability and cooler work surface, and is specifically designed for the demands of metal and tile roofing. It has a skid resistant smooth poly film surface and is specifically formulated to provide High Temperature Stability up to 260°F. It is ideal for use below metal, tile, slate and asphalt shingle applications.

Ice and Water Armor

LeakBarrier Ice and Water Armor Products are designed to protect the deck or interior of a building from ice damming and wind-driven rain. Ice damming is generally caused by excessive snow combined with fluctuating temperatures and improper ventilation/insulation systems. The snow melts and runs down to the edge of a roof, where it collects and refreezes. This allows water to be caught and back up beneath your shingles. Wind-driven rain can force its way under roofing as well.

The products are equally effective in critical roofing areas such as valleys, ridges, coping joints skylights, chimneys, vent stacks, dormers, low-slope sections and roof-to-wall intersections.

LeakBarrier Fast 90

LeakBarrier Fast90 is a Self-Adhering Tile Underlayment that consists of a premium quality organic mat, impregnated with asphalt saturant, then coated with a high-grade weathering asphalt and a ceramic granular surface to protect against UV, weathering and physical damage. It has a self-adhering compound on the bottom side and on the side lap seam, utilizing a high adhesive SBS modified asphalt protected by a poly film release liner for easy installation.

LeakBarrier Self-Adhering Quick Roll Shingle Starter ensures proper shingle alignment when applied to rakes and eaves prior to shingle installation. It is an easy, cost-saving alternative to field cutting shingles or roll roofing to form a starter course.

SBS MultiPurpose Underlayment

LeakBarrier SBS MultiPurpose Underlayment is a modified asphalt fiberglass reinforced sheet that is an outstanding alternative to traditional organic saturated felt.

Allows greater exposure time than ASTM D-226 felts, as inorganic glass mat withstands the long term effects of moisture.

Lays flat and resists wrinkling.

SBS Membrane Products

LeakBarrier SBS Membrane Products are highly durable, cost-effective solutions for commercial and residential new roofing and re-roofing installations utilizing hot mopping asphalt and cold process adhesives.

SBS Mineral Surface Cap Sheet has a granular surface to protect against UV, weathering and physical damage.

SBS Base Sheet is lightly coated with a mineral release material on both the top and bottom sides. It may be easily applied by mechanically attaching to nailable decks, spot mopping to non-nailable decks or solid mopping where appropriate.

Door and Window Tape

LeakBarrier Door and Window Tape is designed for use as an moisture and air barrier and is ideal for sealing around window and door penetrations, corner boards, wall tie-ins, sheathing panel seams, under masonry and stucco and other detail areas.
